My unique approach and expertise come from an extensive worldwide education in medical research, human behavior, martial arts, mental wellness, cultural anthropological studies of ancient wisdom practices, clinical mind studies, mindfulness, trauma-sensitive movement therapy, somatic and transpersonal psychology, and more.
